Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can I contact you?  Please go to our Contact Us page to send a message and one of our Customer Services team members will respond to you.

  • What if the product I have purchased is not right for me?  If you have chosen an incorrect product, we can swap this for the correct product or provide a credit.  Prior to purchasing, we suggest you read the product information carefully or feel free to send us a message with your query to help you make the right decision.  If you do not want the product and it has not been opened or used in anyway, you can contact us to request a return and refund (less the original freight charge and payment processing fees).  You would be required to pay the return freight.
  • What if I have been sent the wrong product?  If we have sent you an incorrect product, we will immediately send your correct product and provide a return courier label to send the incorrect product back.
  • How long will my order take to be dispatched?  Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.   We aim to have this in your hands asap but sometimes are at the mercy of the courier network.
  • What if I want to order by the pallet lot?  Please contact us so we can sort the best solution to suit your requirements.
  • Can I order single items?  For some items, yes you can order individual units.  For some items you will benefit from the bulk buying per carton or pallet lots.
  • Will you deliver outside of New Zealand? Yes.  We regularly export orders.  If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to place an order, please contact us directly as we will need to calculate out a shipping rate for it to be shipped by International Couriers to your overseas address.  This may not always work out economical for you for smaller purchases.
