Delivery, Shipping and Product Returns
All goods are delivered via a nationwide courier or road freight service from Distribution Centers nationwide in Auckland, Hamilton or Christchurch.
Delivery will be within 2 days unless delivered inter-island depending on stock holding, or a rural delivery.
Calculated shipping costs are for New Zealand addresses only. If you are outside of New Zealand, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Returns will be accepted if the product is in sale-able condition and within 30 days of purchase.
Unfortunately we cannot refund freight or any additional incurred costs such as credit card processing fees. Freight on returned goods will be to the cost of the purchaser unless there is an error with the goods delivered in which case we will arrange a collection and replacement.
Warranty
CHeW stand by the products we sell. Any faulty or damaged products will be collected and replaced at no charge to you. If you find any problems please contact CHeW as soon as possible to rectify.
Payment
All products may be purchased through the online store using credit card, Paypal, or any alternative payment gateways made available. We can also process payment by bank transfer please following the on screen instructions when you have selected this option.
